New Local Rules – Johnson County District Court

The Johnson County District Court has proposed new Local Rules which are scheduled to be effective June 1, 2025 and include the manner in which pleadings must be signed (Rule 3.7), and mandatory discovery and pre-trial matters in domestic cases (Rule 20), which rules should be consulted by all practitioners.
