Such investigations and reports are not subject to the requirements of K.S.A. 60-456 (testimony in the form of opinions or inferences) and a Daubert hearing is not required to determine their admissibility. See Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 509 U.S. 579, 113 S. Ct. 2786, 125 L.Ed. 2d 469 (1993).”
