Dan routinely appears in court for bench trials or motion hearings, including divorce (Kansas), dissolution (Missouri) and paternity; motions to establish or modify child support, maintenance, custody and parenting time/visitation; juvenile court proceedings including both criminal and Child in Need of Care cases; DUI; domestic battery; and traffic and drivers license issues. He routinely brokers favorable pleas with state and city prosecutors which allow diversion or probation.

Dan successfully litigated to substantial financial settlement, a Title IX and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress action against a local school district regarding an assault against a child while on a school bus. 

He litigated to settlement for a Plaintiff a Kansas Consumer Protection Action against a local landscape company.

Dan is well-respected by the local bar and judges in both Kansas and Missouri.
